💜 For Those Living with Dementia
Mike Cheung shares his inspiring journey:
“When I was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, I didn’t want to lose my passion for cooking. I want to inspire others to also not lose their passion…”
Mike’s bold resource, Cooking with Cheung, is more than just a recipe collection — it’s a testament to keeping your passions alive. His clay sculptures of a typical brain and an Alzheimer’s brain reflect his powerful engagement with dementia awareness.

🌿 For Unpaid Dementia Carers
Anne Irvine reflects on her journey as a daughter and carer:
Her creative clay piece Time & Nature represents the idea of rebirth — and through it, she honours her relationship with her mum and her personal growth. Her beautiful haiku ends with:
“We are who we are!”
This resource is a gentle invitation for carers to reflect, create, and reclaim space for themselves.
